Le Crémant de Die brut
To begin with, this sparkling dry white wine was made from Clairette Blanche grapes only. Nowadays, however, Aligoté and Muscat are also used, giving the wine its distinctive aroma of white flowers. Crémant de Die has had appellation status since 1993, and is made according to the méthode traditionnelle: it is fermented initially in its tank and then a second time in the bottle.
