THE PAIN DU SUCRE CELLARS

 

These cellars are old quarries and their galleries are several kilometres in length. They have a constant humidity and temperature which is perfect for maturing great wines. This is why sparkling wine started being produced here in the 19th century. The tradition has continued since then using the same care and passion and was recognised as AOC Crémant de Bordeaux in April 1990.
