THE AURORE CELLARS

 

Our Crémants de Bourgogne are produced on the Macon soils mainly from selected tracts of Chardonnay.

The vines marry the hillsides of this beautiful southern Burgundy region with its sprinkling of little villages and the backdrop of the distant Lyon mountains.

Made using traditional methods (second fermentation in the bottle), the citrus and white peach flavours become more pronounced during the one to two years that the wine spends maturing in cellars hollowed directly out of the chalky stone.
