Clairette de Die - Grande tradition

From vine to wine

Clairette de Die Grande Tradition is produced from only one grape variety; muscat à petits grains, which is carefully saltected for each vintage. Grapes are harvested by hand from the best sections of the appellation.

Appearance, nose and palate

Its robe bursts with luminosity and has a pretty pale yellow colour.
Its bouquet is a fusion of floral notes with the soft bitterness of citrus fruits.
On the palate, it reveals a very subtle marriage between a light lychee flavour and the soft rose notes that are the symbol of this vintage.

Serving recommendations

It is a marvellous companion for a spicy dish, sweet and sour recipes or a chocolate dessert. It should be drunk chilled at about 5°C.
