Jaillance - Wines - Clairette de Die

Clairette de Die - Wine produced from organically grown grapes*

From vine to wine

This Clairette de Die is made from an assembly of organically produced* muscat blanc à petits grains and clairette blanche grapes. The vines are cultivated without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers. Their roots dive deep into the ground in their search for nutrients which impregnates the grapes with the full flavours of their appellation’s soil.

Appearance, nose and palate

Its pretty pale golden tint has subtle rose hues.
Its delicate bouquet mixes autumn fruits and muscat with citrus freshness.
The nose is followed by fresh fruit flavours on the palate.

Serving recommendations

It's a very pleasant aperitif but combines equally well with a cold dessert such as a fruit salad, a tart or a sorbet. It should be drunk at about 5°C.
