Clairette de Die - Tradition

 

From vine to wine

This great classic from the appellation is an assembly consisting of 85% muscat blanc à petits grains and 15% clairette blanche.

Appearance, nose and palate

Its pale yellow robe is enlivened by fine bubbles.
It fruity muscat perfume contains subtle floral notes.
All the intensity of its fruity flavour is found on the palate.

Serving recommendations

Clairette de Die Tradition is a perfect aperitif but also a great partner for a tarte tatin, a fruit gateaux or a frozen dessert.
It should be drunk chilled at about 5°C.
