Clairette de Die Brut is produced from a single grape variety; Clairette blanche.

Appearance, nose and palate

Its pale yellow robe is tinted by green highlights.
Fruity notes of green apples and white flower perfumes combine to provide a complex and fresh bouquet.
It has the gentle and fresh flavour of autumnal fruits.

Serving recommendations

It is a perfect aperitif on its own or with a red fruit liqueur and can even accompany a meal.
To be drunk within 2 years; it should be served at 7° to 8°C.
