Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoon of rose syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of rose water
  • 1 bottle of Clairette de Die

Recipe:

Put the rose syrup and water in a glass then carefully add well-chilled Clairette de Die.

Note: the rose syrup provides a pretty colour and softens the rose water that provides its flavour but would be too astringent on its own. For a large party, prepare the 50/50 rose syrup and water mixture in advance and put a teaspoonful of it in each glass.
