Clairette de Die Cuvée Impériale Granite

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 200 g of sugar
  • 30 ml of water
  • Citron zest 1/4
  • Orange zest 1/4
  • Vanilla pod 1/4
  • 1 bottle of Clairette de Die

Recipe:

Make a syrup with the water, sugar, zests and vanilla. Pour the boiling syrup onto the Clairette de Die then place in a freezer. Soften from time to time with a whisk until ice flakes appear. Serve very cold with a red fruit coulis.
