La Marquisette

Maceration time:
2 - 3 days

Ingredients (for 12 people):

  • 1.5 bottles of flavoured sparkling water (lemonade, soda)
  • 1.5 bottles of Clairette de Die
  • 33 cl of orange syrup
  • 1 soupspoon of sugar
  • 10 cl of mandarin liquor
  • 25 cl of white rum
  • 2 bottles of white wine
  • 4 oranges
  • 4 lemons

Recipe:

In a large salad bowl: pour in the white wine, the lemonade, the Clairette de Die and the white rum then mix. Pour in the syrup, liquor and sugar and mix. Cut the fruit into small pieces and add them to the cocktail. Mix the fruits in the liquid. Leave the La Marquisette to macerate for 48 to 72 hours remembering to release the pressure from time to time. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
