This sparkling wine is produced from semillon and sauvignon grapes.

Appearance, nose and palate

Its pale yellow robe with golden highlights is peppered by fine bubbles and abundant foam.
Its nose has all the generosity of mature fruit perfumes.
Its palate provides warm flavours of honey and roast coffee.

Serving recommendations

Its mildness makes it a perfect partner for the most complex of desserts.
It should be drunk at about 6°C.
