

Crémant de Bordeaux Rosé is produced from cabernet and merlot grapes.

Its acid cherry robe has a warm coppery sheen.
Raspberry and vanilla notes combine their greedy bouquet with a subtle oakiness.
The palate is dominated by fruit flavours.

It is superb as an aperitif and a pleasant partner for a white meat or grilled poultry. It is also a perfect accompaniment for pastries and fruit desserts. It should be drunk at about 6°C.
