Crémant de Die - Grande réserve

From vine to wine

The A.O.C. Crémant de Die has evolved considerably since the 2003 vintage due to a change in its appellation decree. The inclusion of Muscat and Aligoté as “improving” grape varieties transforms this Crémant de Die into a veritable sparkling jewel !

Appearance, nose and palate

Pale golden in colour, with a beautiful, fine ring of bubbles, this wine brings refinement and elegance to the table.
The nose offers delightful alchemy as the three grape varieties present themsaltves individually and in combinations, complementing one another. Initially brioche and buttery notes make way for aromatic plants. A hint of white peach evokes beautiful vine peaches.
In the mouth, creamy dense foam invades the palate with freshness, releasing flavours of butter, peach and apple before a deliciously long brioche finish.

Serving recommendations

This sparkling wine is a perfect partner for a meat, fish or asparagus.
To be drunk within 2 years; it should be served at 6°C.
