Crémant de Die - Wine produced from organically grown grapes*

 

From vine to wine

This sparkling wine is made from organically produced* clairette blanche. The vines are cultivated without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers and their roots dive deep into the ground in their search for nutrients which impregnates the grapes with all the flavours of their appellation’s soil.

Appearance, nose and palate

Its light yellow robe is accompanied by a fine and abundant foam.
Its fresh bouquet mixes notes of autumn fruits with white flowers.
It provides a fresh and balanced sensation on the palate.

Serving recommendations

It is a very good accompaniment for fish or a mixture of forest fruits. To be drunk within 2 years; it should be served chilled at 7° to 8°C.
