LIGHT DINNER WITH CRÉMANT DE BOURGOGNE

A chandelier and its candle, a table service and an impeccable tablecloth are all that's needed for the decor. Prepare roast turkey with pears and fromage frais, a salad dressed with hazel nut oil and sprinkled with pine kernels, a chocolate fondant and, finally, a bottle of Crémant de Bourgogne.

 

Recipe: Roast turkey with pears and fromage frais

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 1 kg of roast turkey
  • 1 large tin of pears
  • 1 or 2 dessert spoons of fromage frais with garlic and fine herbs
  • 1 or 2 dessert spoons of fromage frais with pepper
  • Butter
  • Ttagliatelli

Recipe:

Cut the roast turkey into pieces. Cook the meat with the butter in a high sided frying pan. Add the pear juice once it is fully cooked. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes. Add the fromage frais. Mix well to form a sauce. Add the pears at the end. Serve with the tagliatelli.
