
Jaillance has been committed to environmental conservation since 1989. This is why over 100 hectares of the Jaillance vineyards are now managed in accordance with the current regulations on organic production. This type of agriculture uses no artificial fertiliser or pesticides and respects the earth to ensure its sustainability. We are also developing this method to ensure the quality of our products. As they send their roots deeper into the ground to find their nutrients, the vines are intensively impregnated with the flavours of their appellation’s soil and transmit all of its character to the wines.
