PICNIC BREAKFAST WITH CLAIRETTE DE DIE

For a successful picnic breakfast, you will need a wicker hamper, a square tablecloth, a fig and ham cake, a large salad of corn, chicken, tomatoes and avocado pears, small chocolate muffins and a bottle of Clairette de Die.

 

Recipe : Chocolate muffins

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (for 10 muffins):

  • 150 g of black chocolate
  • 50 g of chocolate nuggets
  • 250 g of flour
  • ½ sachet of baking soda
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 25 cl of milk (a large glass)
  • 50 g of butter
  • 2 eggs

Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the flour, baking soda and sugar Add the milk, molten butter and the eggs. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to the mixture. Add the remaining chocolate nuggets. Fill muffin moulds with the mixture and bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
