From vine to wine

Vouvray is produced from chenin blanc, which is also known as Pineau blanc de Loire.

Appearance, nose and palate

Its light yellow robe is broken by fine and abundant bubbles.
Mineral notes and preserved fruits are finely balanced on the nose.
With its light linden and apricot palate, this lively wine provides a long persistent finish.

Serving recommendations

Vouvray Brut should be drink at about 6°C.
It is an excellent wine for serving as an aperitif and is also a very good accompaniment for a plate of crustaceans.
